Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This page explains what personal data is collected through this website, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Last updated: July 2026. To complete: the data controller's legal name, address, contact email and, where applicable, registration details. The text below is a GDPR-aligned template and must be confirmed before launch.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Denisa Ticusan Coaching (legal name and identification details to be completed). You can reach us at the email address shown on the Contact page.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact data you provide through the contact form or newsletter sign-up: name, email address, preferred language and your message.
  • Minimal technical data generated automatically by the hosting server (such as IP address and browser type), for the operation and security of the website.

By default this website does not use marketing tracking tools and does not set non-essential cookies without your consent.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiries and arrange a discovery call, on the basis of pre-contractual steps and your legitimate interest in being contacted.
  • To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • For the proper functioning and security of the website, on the basis of legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Who your data may be shared with

Data may be processed by service providers who support us (for example the hosting provider, email service or newsletter platform), only under appropriate safeguards and to the extent necessary. We do not sell your data.

The Contact page includes a scheduling calendar provided by Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States). If you use the calendar, the details you enter there — your name, email address and the slot you choose — are processed by Calendly as its own provider, under its privacy policy. Transfer to the United States takes place under the safeguards Calendly provides.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at the contact address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Romania, the ANSPDCP).

7. Cookies

The site itself uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track you.

The only external service is the Calendly scheduling calendar on the Contact page, which sets its own cookies. Nothing is requested from Calendly before you agree. On your first visit you are shown a notice where you can accept or decline external services; declining is exactly as easy as accepting. If you decline, the calendar stays unloaded and you can still use the contact form or open Calendly separately in a new tab.

Your choice is stored locally in your own browser for six months, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of every page. If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, they will be treated the same way: switched off until you explicitly agree.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
