Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process that supports awareness, choice and action. You remain responsible for your decisions, and the agenda belongs to you.
My Coaching Approach
A space to think deeply, see differently and move forward with intention.
My coaching approach is warm, reflective and action-oriented. It combines genuine presence with thoughtful challenge, creating a space where you can explore honestly while continuing to move towards the change you want.
Coaching starts with you
I do not believe in one formula that works for everyone. You bring your own experience, values, strengths and way of seeing the world. That is why our work is shaped around you, not around a fixed method or someone else’s definition of success.
I will not tell you what decision to make or who you should become. Instead, I will help you listen more closely to yourself, notice what you may be overlooking and examine the beliefs or patterns that influence your choices.
The foundations of our work
Awareness before action
Sustainable change begins with understanding. We slow down enough to see what is really happening beneath the immediate problem before deciding what to do next.
Curiosity instead of judgement
You do not need to arrive with perfect answers. We approach your experience with openness, allowing new insights to emerge without labelling parts of you as failures.
Challenge with care
Support is not only reassurance. When it serves your growth, I will invite you to question assumptions, explore contradictions and look beyond familiar explanations.
Your strengths as a starting point
Coaching is not built around what is “wrong” with you. We pay attention to the qualities, experience and inner resources you already have and explore how you can use them more intentionally.
Insight connected to real life
Each conversation is linked to what happens beyond the session. We translate awareness into choices, experiments or actions that are meaningful and realistic for you.
What makes my coaching different
My background in psychology helps me listen for the beliefs, emotions and patterns beneath the words. My experience in international and multicultural environments helps me understand what periods of professional change can really involve, not only a decision about the next role, but deeper questions about confidence, identity, motivation and meaning.
This background supports my work, but it is not what defines my coaching. What matters most is the way I work with you.
I see development as more than achieving the next objective. It is a process of becoming more aware of who you are, what motivates you and how you want to live and work. I do not assume that you need to become someone different. I help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become quieter under pressure, expectation or routine.
Together, we create space for both reflection and movement: to understand what is happening, rediscover what gives you energy and turn that awareness into a direction that feels genuinely yours.
The coaching process
Clarify
We identify what you want to change, why it matters now and what you would like to be different as a result of coaching.
Explore
We look at the situation from different angles, uncover patterns and assumptions, and make room for perspectives that may not have been visible before.
Reconnect
You reconnect with your strengths, values, motivation and sense of possibility, the internal resources that can support your next step.
Move
You choose actions that are realistic, meaningful and aligned with what you have discovered, creating momentum that can continue beyond the coaching relationship.
Coaching is, and is not
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, consulting or mentoring. I do not diagnose, prescribe solutions or give you a formula to follow. If another kind of professional support would better serve your needs, I will discuss this with you openly.
All coaching is conducted in line with the International Coaching Federation’s ethical standards, including confidentiality, professionalism and respect for each client’s autonomy.
Change becomes possible when you create space for it.
