Privacy Policy

1. Who is the data controller

The controller is Denisa Ticusan Coaching, established in Belgium. Contact: denisa.ticusan@gmail.com. Full legal identification details will be added once the business registration is finalised.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide directly: your name, email address, preferred language and the content of your message when you use the contact form; your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter; and the details you enter into the scheduling calendar when you book a call.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and to deliver coaching services you have requested (performance of a contract or steps prior to it); to send newsletter emails where you have consented; and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Records required by law are kept for the period the law prescribes.

5. Who your data may be shared with

Data may be processed by service providers who support us — the hosting provider, the email delivery service and the scheduling platform — only under appropriate safeguards and to the extent necessary. We do not sell your data.

The Contact page includes a scheduling calendar provided by Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States). If you use the calendar, the details you enter there are processed by Calendly as its own provider, under its privacy policy. Transfer to the United States takes place under the safeguards Calendly provides.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to denisa.ticusan@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Cookies

The site itself uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track you.

The only external service is the Calendly scheduling calendar on the Contact page, which sets its own cookies. Nothing is requested from Calendly before you agree. On your first visit you are shown a notice where you can accept or decline external services; declining is exactly as easy as accepting. If you decline, the calendar stays unloaded and you can still use the contact form or open Calendly separately in a new tab.

Your choice is stored locally in your own browser for six months, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of every page. If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, they will be treated the same way: switched off until you explicitly agree.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
